Description

A dramatic sky is one of nature’s better pieces of stationery decoration, though regrettably difficult to stick into a journal. Papier Platz AWA Masking Tape in Landscape Clouds solves this minor inconvenience with a continuous watercolour panorama of luminous clouds, deep blues and sunset yellows.

Designed by watercolour illustrator AWA, the Landscape Clouds design stretches across the tape like a miniature horizon. Soft washes of blue, violet, pink and glowing yellow merge into one another, creating an atmospheric strip that works beautifully along journal pages, scrapbook layouts, letters and handmade cards.

Made in Japan by Maruten Sangyo, each roll measures 20mm wide and a generous 7 metres long. Use a short piece as a splash of colour or run it across an entire spread to create a continuous watercolour landscape. Either way, it brings considerably better weather to your notebook.

Beauty Meets Function:

  • A Watercolour Horizon on Every Page: AWA’s sweeping cloudscape adds soft blues, violets and sunset tones to journals and paper projects without overpowering what you’ve written.
  • Create Continuous Landscapes: The panoramic design works particularly well in longer strips, making it easy to create borders, horizons and atmospheric journal layouts.
  • Seven Metres to Experiment With: There’s plenty of tape for notebooks, letters, cards and scrapbooking, so you needn’t ration the good skies quite so carefully.
